Whether you need to store household goods, furniture, documents, vehicles or your business inventory, we offer professional doorstep packaging & pickup, secure storage, quick deliveries & on demand services. We are currently operational in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Pune & Hyderabad.

  • How does the pricing work? How do i get this storage service?
    Our pricing is based on the items you're planning to store. When you provide us the list of items for storage, we give you a pricing for our door to door service which includes packing and picking of your items from our doorstep, secure storage and delivery of goods back to your desired location. Your storage charges are recurring which will be paid for each month you use the storage service. Pickup & Drop charges are one time, paid during pickup & delivery of goods respectively.
  • Where will my goods be stored?
    We store your goods in a secure storage facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, regular pest control & a dedicated warehouse team to take care of your valuable goods. All our storage facilities locations are available on google maps. Your goods are stored on industry standard wooden pallets. All items from your order are labelled with your unique order ID.
  • What are the safety and security features?
    All our storage facilities are monitored 24*7 with state of the art CCTVs & our security staff. We also ensure regular cleaning, maintenance & pest control. Fire extinguishers are installed at all facilities. All your goods are handled with utmost care. In the event of any mishap, we provide free insurance coverage up to INR 100,000 against fire, burglary, floor and any natural calamities.
  • Are there any items prohibited for storage?
    Storage of food or perishables, liquids, liquor, firearms, ammunition, inflammable & illegal substance is strictly prohibited. Everything else we're more than happy to store.
  • How do Pro rata & Pay Per Usage work?
    At My Storage Space, you only pay for what you store and how long you store. If you choose to withdraw some items in between rental cycles, we revise your rentals to only include for the items you continue to store or if you choose to withdraw all items instead, we adjust the extra charges paid by you.   • Can i visit the storage?
    Yes, customers can request a visit our storage facility. In order to do so, you may book your appointment by sending an email to support@mystoragespace.in
  • Will my goods get mixed with other orders?
    No, each item of your order is barcoded and labeled with your unique order id which helps in identification.
  • What is the process for withdrawal? Are there any charges involved?
    You can send an email to support@mystoragespace.in. Withdrawals can take up to 7 days based on slot availability and delivery charges are as per actuals. We provide PAN India Delivery through our trusted third party vendors.
  • What are the payment plans available? Are there any offers for bulk payment?
    We have three payment plans available. Monthly: You pay your storage charges on the due date of payment every month. Semi-Annual: You pay for 5 months upfront, get 1 month of storage absolutely free. Annual: You pay for 10 months upfront, get 2 months of storage absolutely free.
